    hi guys, if you are unsure about how to turn off asks, anons, and submissions, here is a tutorial.

    first, go to your settings.

    next, go to the specific blog that you want to disable asks on. for me, that’s my main blog below.

    once you’ve clicked on the blog you want to disable asks on, scroll down until you see the “ask” and “submission” categories. here is where you can disable all questions, or just anonymous questions. below that is where you can turn off submissions. i personally always have submissions off and i recommend keeping it that way. sending disturbing submissions has been a tactic on tumblr for years and i just believe its better to deny anyone the opportunity.

    this is also where you can filter messages so that only people you follow can message you, which i also recommend!
